Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Joygoy, including job discovery, application tailoring and supported automated application features.
Effective September 8, 2026Your account and career information
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for providing truthful, accurate career information. Joygoy may reword or reorganize verified facts, but you remain responsible for reviewing information submitted to employers.
Job discovery and matching
Match scores, salary estimates and recommendations are decision-support tools, not guarantees of qualification, interviews, employment, compensation or employer response. Job data can change or expire.
Automated applications
Pro features act only when you enable them and within configured rules and supported application flows. You authorize Joygoy to transmit required application information for applications you approve or allow under Guardian rules. You must not use the service to misrepresent qualifications or bypass employer assessments, CAPTCHAs or access controls.
Third-party services
Joygoy interacts with external job boards, applicant tracking systems, AI providers, Stripe and other services. Their availability, terms and technical behavior are outside Joygoy's control, and supported integrations may change.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, refunds and cancellation rights are subject to the checkout terms and applicable law. Stripe processes payment details.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attack infrastructure, scrape protected systems, circumvent security controls, submit fraudulent applications, impersonate others, upload malware or use Joygoy in violation of law or third-party rights.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joygoy does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or employment outcomes and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
